At EPS Interior Industries, we are committed to delivering high-quality interior design and execution services to our clients. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be processed for services provided by our company.

1. Project Advance Payment

To initiate any interior design project, clients are required to pay an advance as specified in the project quotation or agreement. This advance payment confirms the booking and allows our team to begin the design planning, consultation, and resource allocation process.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services involve professional time, expertise, and design effort. Therefore, the following fees are non-refundable once the work has commenced:

  • Interior design consultation

  • Concept development and space planning

  • 2D / 3D design and renderings

  • Site measurement and project planning

  • Material selection and design approvals

3. Project Cancellation by Client

If a client decides to cancel the project after the work has begun:

  • Charges will apply for work already completed

  • Design and consultation fees will be deducted

  • Any remaining balance may be refunded based on the project stage and expenses incurred

4. Material Orders and Custom Products

Many interior projects involve custom furniture, modular units, and materials specifically ordered for the client.

Once materials, furniture, or custom items have been ordered, manufactured, or dispatched:

  • Refunds will not be applicable

  • Returns or replacements will depend on supplier or manufacturer policies

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The project is cancelled before any design work begins

  • A payment was made accidentally or duplicated

  • EPS Interior Industries is unable to proceed with the project due to unforeseen circumstances

All refund requests will be reviewed by our management team before approval.

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method, wherever possible

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

EPS Interior Industries reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are advised to review this page periodically for updates.
